In continuation with this objective, Ellaquai Dehati Bank has launched Mobile Banking Application which provides non-financial transactions and same is available to customers on Google Playstore under name and title of EDB SAHAL.

Salient Features of EDB Sahal

Account Summary: It facilitates the Customer to view the summary of their Deposit and Loan accounts.

Account Statement: Customer can download or view account statement of their respective accounts.

Mini Statement: Customer can view the summary of last ten transactions of the account.

Services: ATM Card Service

• ATM Pin Generation: Customer can change or repin their ATM
• ATM Channel and Limit Control: Customer can configure their transaction limit as well as temporary disable the particular channel (ATM/Ecomm and POS) of transaction.
• ATM Card Block (Permanent Block): Customer can block their ATM card after OTP verification.
• Temporary Deactivate ATM Card: Customer can also Temporary deactivate ATM Card.

Enquiries: Customer can enquire TDS deduction for respective Financial Years.

Request: Customer can Set Stop on Cheque/ Remove Stop on cheque

Pre-requisites for customers to register

• The customer should have the same Mobile No. registered with the bank through which he/she wants to register for EDB Sahal.
• The Mobile Number of the customer should not be registered with multiple Customer IDs.
• The customer should be KYC compliant.
